F5 Fastening stands behind its products and services. Below is a review of our terms and conditions regarding warranty, shipping, and returns.

 

WARRANTY

F5 Fastening Systems products are warranted during a period of one year from date of shipment to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The liability of the Seller under this warranty is limited to replacing of repairing any instrument or component thereof which is returned by the Buyer, at his expense, during such period and which has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration, or accident. The seller shall have the right to final determination as to the existence and cause of a defect. In no event shall the Seller be liable for collateral or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed, implied, or statutory; an no agreement extending or modifying it will be binding upon the Seller unless in writing and signed by duly authorized officer.

RECEIVING INSPECTION

F5 Fastening Systems products are carefully inspected and are in perfect working order at the time of shipment. Each instrument should be checked as soon as received. If the unit is damaged in any way, or fails to operate, a claim should immediately be filed with the transportation company.

RETURNS

If an F5 Fastening Systems product requires service, first contact the nearest F5 representative. The problem may be able to be solved without returning the product to the factory. If it is determined that factory service is required, call the Repair department at (937) 374-1739 for return information.
